Aero Fryer Crispy Pork Shoulder

INGREDIENTS

2.5kg Pork Shoulder

Salt

Olive oil

DIRECTIONS

Score the Pork Skin then remove excess moisture with paper towel

Sprinkle Salt onto Pork Skin and Rub in *Repeat 3 times*

Make sure you rub salt into every part of the skin!

Drizzle about 1 teaspoon of olive oil & massage thoroughly

Add Extension Ring onto AeroFryer

Cook for 60 minutes at 150C *Repeat Once, total cooking time 120 minutes*

For Crackling cook for additional 20 minutes at 230C

Handy Hint: Slightly turn for even crackling!

Remove from AeroFryer & carefully cut strings

Ready to slice & serve with your favorite trimmings 🙂
