Meet our Customer Service Manager Lorraine Toner, she ensures her team give our customers the best service, advice and help when you need it. Lorraine has been a key member in the Danoz Team for the past 5 Years! We took her away from the phones for a moment to get to know her.
Q. How did you start out in the Home Shopping Industry?
It all started at Danoz, I fell in love with the buzz of it all straight away!
Q. Who is your biggest influencer in business?
My uncle Eddie. He opened his first supermarket at the age of 33 in 2000 and now owns 4 of the leading supermarkets in Ireland with 1 of his stores winning Store of the Year in 2015.
Q. Who is someone you greatly admire?
My nana she is a true lady. She also raised 9 children, can you imagine!!
Q. What is your favourite product on the market right now?
Flavorstone Infusion Grill…easy to clean and the food comes out so juicy..Yum!!
Q. What developments can we expect to see from Danoz in the future?
We are working towards having our name known as being the best in Customer Service. Good service used be all about big smiles and being friendly but its so much more nowadays with customers expectations at a high. We want to offer our customers multi channels of communication and at any time.

The atmosphere and excitement when those phones start ringing.
