Lemon & Garlic Grilled Barramundi


Salt & Pepper to taste

2 tablespoons of Lemon Juice

1 Clove of Garlic crushed or finely chopped


1 Fillet of Barramundi


Preheat your Infusion Grill to a medium heat

Lightly spray pan with vegetable or canola oil

Cut off the ends of the Asparagus

Combine the Lemon & Garlic

Add Salt & Pepper

Place the Barramundi in the Infusion Grill then pour the mixture all over & into the flavor channel

Add Asparagus

Add the extender ring then place the lid on top

Cook for 3 minutes

Flip then cook for 2 additional minutes

Plate up & Enjoy!
