Cooking with Kids – Rocky Road

INGREDIENTS

500gm Milk Chocolate

Reg Frogs

Marshmallows

Nuts (we used cashews)

Maltesers

DIRECTIONS

Cut the Frogs, Marshmallows & Maltesers into halves

Preheat FlavorStone sauce pan on a medium heat then fill a third of the way with water

Place the chocolate in a glass bowl then lower into the pan

Stir frequently until the chocolate is melted (add boiling water to pan if necessary)

Add all ingredients into the bowl of melted chocolate & combine

Spread over a baking tray lined with baking paper

Refrigerate for 2-3 hours then serve!
