Sweet Chili Salmon


1/4 Cup Sweet Chili Sauce

1/3 Cup Fish Sauce

Salmon – Skin On


Thoroughly combine the sauces in a bowl

Add the salmon and cover it in the mixture

Cover & refrigerate for 1 hour

Preheat your FlavorStone Infusion Grill to a Medium Heat

Lightly Spray with vegetable or canola oil

Place the Salmon on the grill

Pour the remainder of marinade into the flavor channel

Place the extender ring on top of the grill (optional) then place the lid on top

Cook for 8-10 minutes

Once cooked you are ready to plate! Garnish with fresh lemon & enjoy!
