Salt & Pepper
1 Tablespoon Chili Flakes (reduce for milder taste)
2 Tablespoons Brown Sugar
1 Clove Garlic – finely chopped
Splash of Olive Oil
2 Pieces of Steak (We used Porterhouse)
Combine all ingredients in bowl
Stir until combined
Rub on both sides of the steak to ensure they are fully covered
Preheat your Infusion Grill to a Medium Heat
Lightly spray with vegetable or canola oil
Place them inside the Infusion Grill and cover with the lid
For Medium cook 4 minutes on one side and 3 minutes on the other
Careful when opening the lid as the chili will take your breath away!
