Christmas Fruit Cake – In your FlavorMaster

This wonderful recipe was sent to us by our amazing customer Kay from Bexley

INGREDIENTS

1 kg Fruit Mix

250 grams Brown Sugar

250 grams Butter

4 Eggs

1 cup Self Raising Flour

1 Cup Sweet Sherry

1 small packet of Glazed Cherries

DIRECTIONS

  1. Soak the fruit mix and cherries in the sherry overnight
  2. Mix brown sugar and butter together until it makes a smooth paste
  3. Beat Eggs into the sugar/butter mixture
  4. Add fruit mix, bind together
  5. Add flour, mix together
  6. Pour into your FlavorMaster, Select Bake and Increase the time 90 minutes (maximum time possible)
  7. When finished, reset for another 90 minute
  8. When finished reset for 35 minutes by just selecting bake again (total bake time 2 hours)
